Gerrymandering

"Remove all lands from play and shuffle them together. Randomly deal to each player one land card for each land he or she had before. Each player puts those lands into play under his or her control, untapped."

This may not be a consistant spell to cast, yet when Gerrymandering does work it can be lethal. Once in a while just mixing up your opponent's mana supply a little can sometimes win you the game by itself, and using many artifacts is a fairly safe bet when you don't know what sort of land you'll possess after Gerrymandering. There are a few lands that can wreak chaos on an opponent that isn't expecting them. Here are a few of my favorites:
