"Target land becomes a basic land type of your choice until end of turn. Draw a card at the beginning of the next turn."
A brief rundown of the card:
Quite often, a deck that requires some sort of land alteration needs to only alter a land for a turn or two. That's where Jinx comes in very handy. Any kind of help to speed up a blue deck is much needed--especially when you're racing against the clock trying to amass an army of landwalkers to kill an opponent in one or two attacks. Here's some of the better excuses to use Jinx:
This incredible card gives all green creatures forestwalk. It's not too hard to build up a green army that will kill an opponent in one attack. Armor of Thorns and Giant Growth help quite a bit if you're going to try this.
It's usually just as easy to build up a powerfull white armada to use with Aysen Highway. With the help of Crusade and Jihad, you should be able to amass a ton of white plainswalkers with the help of Aysen Highway, only so you can Jinx a key opponent's land and crush your opponent.
You can easily make a theme deck based around any of these cards. All of these creatures give a landwalk ability to an entire race of cards (Summon Goblin, Summon Zombie...)--only problem is your opponent will often not be playing with the land your creatures can walk upon. Just perfect for Jinx.
