"Needle Storm deals 4 damage to each creature with flying."
A brief rundown of the card:
Green may not have too many flyers, but green sure has many ways to deal with flyers. Along with Hurricane and Katabatic Winds, Needle Storm is a fairly inexpensive means of disposing of numerous irritating flyers---perfect for clearing the way for your army of huge green non-flyers (or your pumped up Killer Bees). There aren't too many flyers that can withstand the force of Needle Storm, most flyers will die with just one. Here are some ways to try to capatalize on Needle Storm:
If you can pump up the Killer Bees with 4 mana, then set off Needle Storm, you should have the only flyer in play (and a 4/5 flyer at that!)
If you find your opponent is not using flyers, simply make all of their creatures flyers with Arnjlot's Ascent. This handy enchantment can make any creature flying for just one mana.
Try setting off Needle Storm while you have regenerating flyers instead. This is almost like using Nevinyrral's Disk and Drudge Skeletons.
This odd flyer has protection from green--not something you see everyday. The Cerulean Wyvern has been through many Needle Storms, and he doesn't seem to mind them at all.

The Card of the day needs your help BADLY!!! Due to a recent mix-up at Geocities, another homesteader got into my site thinking it was their own. Almost every old card of the day back-up file was lost--and I understand Geocities doesn't keep backups. YOU MAY HAVE SOME OF THESE FILES ON YOUR COMPUTER. IF YOU DO, PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME VIA E-MAIL!!! I do this page for free, out of the love of the game and the mail you people send me! It's kinda fun, and I'm very discouraged right now. I apologize for not having many backups myself. Sorry. If you have recently looked at any of my old cards of the day (gone down and picked something off of the list), you very well may may one of my files still on your computer. If you're fairly computer literate, you know where they reside in cache memory, and could go locate them. They are all called "MMDDYYcardtitle.html". If you could send them to me attached to e-mail, I would really love it, and at least thank you on the main page for one month (at least). If you're not computer literate, but have looked at many old cards on this page in the last few months, send me e-mail, and I'll show you how to send me those files. It won't take much of your time, you'll learn something, and it's easy.
