A brief rundown of the card:
Wall of Wonder is among an alite crew of walls that can attack. A truly wierd ability, but one that can be bent to gainful uses. Wall of Wonder is a pretty strong creature for blue at 4 mana. A 5/1 attacker for even 4 extra mana isn't too bad--really. Here are a few cards I like to use with the goofy looking Wall of Wonder:
Make the Wall of Wonder unblockable with your favorite method, THEN activate it's ability--making a 5/1 unblockable attacker.
The Wall of Wonder can easily avoid Meekstone's effects whenever needed. Maybe add a toughness boost enchantment on Wall of Wonder to make it less likely to die in creature combat. This shouldn't take much effert, a Gift of the Woods would work. A 5/4 Wall of Wonder won't have much problem chewing up opponent's ranks when all of their creatures with a power of 3 or greater can't untap.
Use a Living Armor on Wall of Wonder to make it 1/9. Don't forget that Wall of Wonder's ability is pumpable. If you can muster up 4UUUU, you could have yourself a fine 9/1(!) attacking wall. Many style points are awarded if you kill an opponent with walls.
A flying 5/1 attacking wall can often win games. There are many different means of giving creatures flying (most blue, how handy).
Any combo that can get the Dreadnought out with 4 cards is worth mentioning. Sucker your opponent into attacking, and block something with your Wall of Wonder. Slap down Glyph of Destruction on the wall(that's +10/+0 to a blocking wall for one red if you didn't know). After combat, make the wall +4/-4 to make it 15/1, then sacrifice it and use the Winding Canyon to get out a rather quick Pyhrexian Dreadnought.
