Remember to hit reload every day or else the new card may not load!

Check out my handy-dandy archive list organizer! You can find this table at the top of the list that is sorted by color, and at the very bottom of the page. The color list is cleaned up fairly well, and partially alphabetized already. As far as I know, there aren't any bugs, but I haven't tested every aspect yet. I also have the list sorted by date just where it was before. I plan on keeping it for ever in addition to the nice color/alpha sorted lists. I disposed of all temporary dead links for a little whlie. I marked files on the color list that have been updated within a week with the words NEW!. Chris

In this web page, I hope to present to you strategies, combos, and obscure uses for a new Magic: The Gathering card every single day.

The Card of the Day is...

Misfortune

Alliances Rare
1BRG Sorcery

Target opponent chooses one: you put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and gain 4 life; or you put a -1/-1 counter on each creature that opponent controls and Misfortune deals 4 damage to him or her.

What an aptly named card Misfortune is. This was a fairly hard card to cast in type 2 when Alliances was new, yet with all the goofy ways of playing multi colored decks available now, I think Misfortune should really be considered in the right extended deck. Misfortune will always be good for you/bad for your opponent, it's just a matter of how good/bad. Here are some of the combos I've used to make my opponent's misfortune even greater:
