The Card of the Day is....

Tithe

Search your library for a plains card. If you control fewer lands than target opponent, you may search you library for an additional plains card. Reveal those cards to all players and put them into your hand. Shuffle your library afterwards.

A brief rundown of the card:

Now that Land Tax is gone from type II, white mages have an empty slot for quick mana/library thinning that needs replaced. Tithe can fill this need quite nicely. Yes, it's not overall as powerful as Land Tax, but it is more consistant. You will always get to draw a card a plains with Tithe. Here's some ideas for Tithe

• Land's Edge
  Discard the lands you draw with Tithe and hurl them over the Land's Edge for a devastating combo.
• Summer Bloom
  Put those Plains right into play with Summer Bloom. All the mana you need in no time to summon huge white creatures like Personal Incarnation or Elder Land Wurm.
