Halls Of Mist

Cumulative upkeep 1. No creature can attack if it attacked during its controller's last turn.

A brief rundown of the card:

Uncounterable Wrath of God or stupid land that eats up all of your mana and keeps you from attacking---you decide. Listen to me Grasshopper...Halls of Mist is a dangerous weapon. Treat it with respect and it will love you back. Treat it with neglect and it will STRIKE back! Good way to suppliment a deck burner if used properly as such:

• Netting Imp/Norrit/Arcum's Whistle
  Force creatures to attack 2 turns in a row (conveniently blocked by your Wall of Shadows the first time) and watch your opponents die because of a land.
• Total War
  This is so fun to do. Wipe out all of your opponents creatures and leave your own untouched.
