An often forgotten about card, the Elvish Hunter can slow down any creature based deck quite a bit. For just 1G, you can almost certainly prevent any creature from harming you the next turn. Let's take a look at a few strange combos to try with Elvish Hunter:

• Twiddle/Icy Manipulator
  Help ensure your opponents creatures are tapped so you can easily keep them tapped with the Hunter.
• Instill Energy
  With Instill Energy on an Elvish Hunter and a little mana, you can keep 2 of your opponents creatures occupied forever.
