What a beautiful sight an Ardent Militia is in a sealed deck game. It's a killer in limited play, and not too bad for constructed play. Having only one colored mana in it's casting cost allows it to fit into many decks, and any creatures that don't tap to attack with huge toughnesses are always welcome around here. Ardent Militia is not only a decent choice to fill up a heavy creature spot or two in your deck for variety, but the strange numbers it has and the fact it doesn't tap to attack allow for some "default" combos:
