Spreading Algae

"Play Spreading Algae only on a swamp.
When enchanted land becomes tapped, destroy that land. When Spreading Algae is put into a graveyard from play, return Spreading Algae to owner's hand."
That's a nice twist on green land destruction. It's like an improved Blight with a built in Boomerang for one mana. Only problem is it only works on swamps. We can work with that:
- Blanket of Night
All lands are swamps while Blanket of Night is in play. Spreading Algae can be one of the most cost-effective methods of land destruction with a little help.
- Mystic Compass/Phantasmal Terrain/Evil Presence...
There's lots of ways of turning a land into a swamp just long enough to muck it up with some icky algae. All you'll need is a way to tap the swamps perhaps...
- Floodwater Dam/Mole Worms/Icy Manipulator...
