Heroe's Contacts
(Thanks goes to Ash for supplying this Information)
Vehicles of the Group: (8 cars for
4 people, go figure :)
Ahmos- Grand Master of the Temple of the Dragon King. Friend of MJ, DR, Shroud.
Mr. Bionic- Fellow super hero who was duped into fighting with the heroes, now he is friends with the whole group (MJ, Dark Rider, Hunter, Shroud). Wilbur is one of the world's great losers, a nerd of the first water. He barely made it through high school and had settled into a lifetime career of delivering newspapers and living with his elderly mother. He's basically a good person who just never amounted to much of anything. The bionic modifications were actually his idea. While Uncle Borden was smashed on some combination of alcohol and drugs Wilbur suggested himself as the guinea pig. Now Uncle Borden is feeling guilty, but Wilbur is in love with his new body. If Wilbur had any kind of combat skills he'd be a real threat. As it is he relies strictly on his outrageous bionic supplements. His combat strategies are straightforward, Saturday morning cartoon style. He occasionally attempts outrageously dumb and impossible things, with the usual result of major damage to buildings and machinery. Wilbur had fallen in love with Florence. She was not only the most beautiful woman he had ever seen but she seemed interested in him s well. Poor Wilbur figured it was his new bionics that made him so attractive. Wilbur was never very observant in the best of times, that infatuation had made him into a gullible fool who believed everything that Florence told him. (By Erick Wujcik, p. 11 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures!)
Melvin "Bert" McClusky- Freelance operative who teamed up with the heroes (MJ, DR, Shroud and The Hunter) to protect a shipment of experimental government anti-virus computer chips. By all appearances, Bert McClusky is an ordinary Joe-Rig. A husky truck driver in his late-fifties clad in flannel shirt, down vest, jeans, baseball cap, and cowboy boots. But appearances can be deceiving. Bert is a former CIA agent. He was a decorated hero of the Korean War and went on to join the CIA in the late 50's. His most famous and painful case was the Cuban Missile Crisis in which he was forced to abandon the woman he loved. About 20 years later, he left the agency, but his wanderlust entices him to take occasional "freelance" assignments, especially ones he believes in. When he's not an active operative, he's doing one of three things: sitting at home reading books or watching movies, enjoying a friendly game of pool or other sport, or hauling cargo as a freelance trucker in his rig, the Blue Ox. Bert McClusky is a patriotic, loyal, cheerful soul who values life and freedom above all else. While his temper can flare on occasion, he is a no nonsense kind of guy who is hard working and can be counted on to get the job done. He tends to be a loner, is unmarried, and does not womanize. He is usually open minded and optimistic about people and the world. (By Jape Trostle and Kevin Siembieda, p. 40 Truckin' Turtles)
Carlos- Leader of the "Good Amigos" street gang. Became an ally of the group (MJ, DR, Shroud, and Hunter) after the Dark Rider rescued his sister, Carmen and her boyfriend, Emilio "The Mouse", from "Triple Threat".
Carmen- Girlfriend of Emilio the Mouse and sister of the leader of the "Good Amigo" gang. (Knows MJ, Shroud, and DR)
Consuela- Lazlo's fiancee. Metal Juggernaut, Dark Rider, and Shroud rescued her from Hancho and his banditos. Consuela is dedicated to Lazlo. She finds his chivalry a little silly, but is flattered by it anyway. She is also fairly resourceful. (By Erick Wujcik, p.36 Road Hogs (TM) of Palladium Books)
Detective Jason Miller- Police Detective, the police contact of MJ, DR, Shroud and Hunter.
Dr. Karl Gerrits- Retired doctor, friend of Metal Juggernaut's and also knows Dark Rider and Shroud.
Emilia Jovert- The Dark Rider's captivating Fabricator Inc. liaison.
Emilio the Mouse- Knows MJ, DR, and Shroud. An ex-drug dealer who teamed up with the heroes to help stop the evil Dr. Mindstone after he kidnapped his girlfriend Carmen. The ways of the street and a criminal life are too ingrained in Emilio so, while he tries to avoid trouble, he does use his powers to defend himself, to steal, and to make ends meet. He's not an evil person, just self-serving, lazy, and shiftless; always looking for the quick, easy buck, and too easily influenced by others. Emilio really doesn't want to be a criminal, super-villain, or hero. He just wants to be left alone, and, if possible, wealthy. Unfortunately, fate has other things in store for the Mouse. (By Kevin Siembieda, p.221 Villains Unlimited (TM) of Palladium Books)
Mr. Gatz- The group's rich funder, owns base in which we live in.

Nancy Shmitz- Gatz's Housekeeper
Gollock- Champion of the "The Temple of the Dragon King" and friend of the whole group's (DR, MJ, and Shroud). Gollock is a small Asian man in his early 30's. Although he does not look prepossessing to the casual observer, a trained fighter will recognize Gollock as a martial artist. He wears loose-fitting clothing for easy movement. Although Gollock is a basically good person, his first duty is to his temple. As such, he will overcome his natural tendency to help someone in trouble if such aid would be at odds with the success of his mission. Also, if the Dragon is ever summoned, Gollock will not directly oppose it. He is willing to risk his life by tackling someone about to be destroyed by dragon fire, but he will not fight the dragon unless absolutely necessary. p. 215 Villains Unlimited (TM) of Palladium Books, Created by Julius Rosenstein
Jerry- baby mutant Allosauroid who lives in Gatz' mansion
Gomer Farquahar- Strange man who was saved by the Metal Juggernaut and is friends with the whole group (Shroud, MJ and DR). He has built two machines capable of time travel. Gomer looks something like a Palladium FRPG Gnome, with a large potbelly (which he has been starting to lose in his adventure with the group through time), a bald head, large red nose, and bushy, white beard. He is mostly distracted, when he pays attention he gets easily excited and easily disappointed. After years of obeying his mother, he finds it impossible to stand up to anyone who yells or argues with him forcefully. (p. 95 Transdimensional Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TM) of Palladium Books, by Erick Wujcik)
Jose- Warrior from the future, he is friends with the whole group (MJ, DR, and Shroud). Jose doesn't say much; mostly "yes", "no", and "maybe, maybe not". He is also Lazlo's protector and will defend him at all costs. (p. 35 Road Hogs (TM) of Palladium Books, by Erick Wujcik)
Lazlo- Warrior from the future, he is friends with the whole group (MJ, DR, and Shroud). Lazlo is a mutant Prairie Dog who is an incurable romantic. (By Erick Wujcik, p.38 Transdimensional Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TM) of Palladium Books).
Lukewarm- Fellow superhero who is friends with Metal Juggernaut, Hunter and Shroud. Lukewarm is a 7'6", 300 lb., hulking giant of a race known as the Manarr(p.107 Aliens Unlimited). Lukewarm wears the traditional battle gear of the Manarr--A suit of black "Grim Reaper Light Exoskeleton Armor", with a black cloak over it and an Energy Sickle in hand. Lukewarm's race was decimated(only about 600 left) from a killer virus that ended up merging with the Manarr genetic structure, laying dormant within them until their late teens when the virus finally destroyed them. Lukewarm is now 18 years old and he assumes that he will die any day now. This causes him to be very reckless (including a horrible smoking habit) and have no regard for his own life. He has also battled with Dark Rider previously, they have become bitter rivals. Read about the battle with the Dark Rider here.
Mrs. Chan- Always knows what's happening in New York's China town, knows Shroud.

Vincent Darkins- Famous Hollywood director, Friend of MJ, DR, Shroud and Hunter. Darkins is an exceptionally talented director who has made some brilliant action movies. He is known and respected by most of the movie-going public, including the heroes. Anybody who watches television or goes to the movies knows the name Vincent Darkins. He is an honest and compassionate man who cares about people. His films are so excellent because he truly loves what he does and always gives it his best. He is friendly, caring, clever, and resourceful. p. 47 Turtles Go Hollywood (TM) of Palladium Books. Created by Daniel Greenberg.
Dr. Borden Willis- Was rescued by the heroes after he was kidnapped by Taylor and Jablonski, and is now friends with the whole group (MJ, Dark Rider, Shroud, Hunter). Willis is one screwed up guy. He's got a split personality that's one half left-over sixties hippie, mellow and and relaxed, and another half that's a mad genius. Every time he gets drunk or into drugs the genius in him comes out in strange ways. Regardless of which personality is in control, Borden is a pacifist totally opposed to creating any kind of serious weapon. (By Erick Wujcik, p. 12 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures!)
Wallace- very advanced but battle damaged robot who holds down the fort when the heroes are gone and runs errands for them. Friend of MJ, DR, Shroud and The Hunter.

Chang Tsu- Chang Tsu was defeated by the whole group (MJ, DR, Shroud) after trying to use the power of the "Talisman of the Dragon King" for his own evil purposes. He has little regard for the lives of others and he believes the end justifies the means. In that case he craved the power of a god so that the world and everything in it would become his plaything. Gollock is an old adversary who he would delight in seeing slain. p. 215 Villains Unlimited (TM) of Palladium Books, Created by Julius Rosenstein
Chiang Six (a.k.a. Mr. Chiang)- Chiang Six attempted to capture the Dragon Talisman and made the Protector his slave for a short while. Was defeated by the whole group (MJ, DR, Shroud) but not apprehended. Although his facial features appear somewhat hard and angular, Mr. Chiang is a sleek, muscular yet slender Oriental man who looks to be about 35 years old. He loves to wear stylish suits and tasteful jewelry. His natural form is that of an emerald green, six legged lizard with a short tail. The head is slender and angular, and the mouth is filled with sharp, spike-like teeth. The body is covered by triangular scales. The front legs can be used like arms, and the feet have three toes, with an opposable thumb appendage and black claws; all are prehensile. The tail has no special feature or abilities. Stands about four feet at the shoulders. He is a brilliant schemer and planner, a master manipulator and liar. He is totally evil and self serving. His goal is as it has always been, the conquest and domination of a nation and the acquisition of absolute power. p.137 Villains Unlimited (TM) of Palladium Books. Created by Alex Marciniszyn

Chiquita- evil leader of a ninja terrorist organization and possibly the daughter of Bert McClusky, she was defeated by the group (MJ, DR, Shroud, and Hunter) after attempting to capture the experimental anti-virus computer chips. Chiquita is beautiful, intelligent, deceitful, and a master of manipulation; all the ingredients for the making of a successful international spy and "femme fatale". She was once a secret agent for the Cuban and Russian governments, but her fierce independence and stubbornness soon sabotaged her career. If her superiors told her to go left, she would go right, and still get the job done. Eventually, she decided to quit and become an "independent". Now she works for herself. A mercenary for hire. She entered the world scene only a few years ago, but her escapades include espionage, smuggling, robbery, extortion, assassination, protection, and special operations. She will not sell her services to the United States government, but will deal freely with the U.S., European, and South American criminal cartels, third world governments, Russia, and Cuba. She will NOT work for terrorists in operations that will intentionally hurt innocent citizens, like blowing up buildings, but she will gladly engage in schemes that will undermine the government or industry. She is very egocentric and will take missions for the sheer challenge of them. Although Chiquita can be frighteningly calculating and cruel, she has a strange respect for people who seem to be sincere, honest, truthful, and loyal. However, if she is lead to trust somebody and they betray or deceive her, she will hunt them down and kill them without mercy. She also respects people who give her a run for her money. Remember, she loves nothing more than a true challenge. Her espionage training began in Cuba where she was given to the mysterious ninja sensei known as the "Shadow Lord". It is he who has taught Chiquita the arts of ninjitsu. They have grown together like father and daughter. (By Jape Trostle and Kevin Siembieda, p. 42 Truckin' Turtles)

Frederick Porcelin and "SoloChem"- manufactured Blue Ice and created the Ratt Pak, defeated by the group. The crime boss is a weasely man with an annoying personality and a disdainful air. He set up the SoloChem empire, and would sacrifice any of his men to keep it. Although he created the Ratt Pak, the Crime Boss, like Dr. Frankenstein, is now terrified of his creation. When the mutant animals proposed that they would create a subliminal message generator, Mr. Porcelain was pleased. But now he's afraid that the animals have gotten out of his control. He's scared of Labb Ratt and his crew, and would gladly betray them if he thought he could do so without endangering himself. And especially if this "important" information enables him to cut a deal with the district attorney. (Knows MJ, DR, Shroud) Frederick Porcelain is 100% sleazy. p. 12 Turtles Go Hollywood (TM) of Palladium Books. Created by Daniel Greenberg.

(By Erick Wujcik, p.36 Road Hogs (TM) of Palladium Books)
Here's Johnny- The leader of an evil band of mutant Pikas, he was defeated but not apprehended by the Metal Juggernaut, Shroud, and the Hunter after attempting to commit a mass execution of innocent people he kidnapped. Here's Johnny has his own twisted view of life and justice by which he lives. He sees human beings as a threat to all other species and believes it is his duty to save the world from these horrible creatures. To do this, he will try to exterminate mankind. Fortunately, he doesn't yet have the resources or understanding to commit large scale genocide. Instead, he will try to be a mass murderer by capturing and killing any humans who become vulnerable to his pika army. Our heroes (MJ, DR, Shroud and Hunter) stumbled across and prevented his first episode of murder. As of yet, he has killed nobody. (By Jape Trostle and Kevin Siembieda, p. 32 Truckin' Turtles)

He is motivated to acquire money, power and fame. (By Kevin Siembieda, p. 90 Villains Unlimited of Palladium Books)
Joseph the Super Mutant- Member of the KOW terrorist organization, was defeated by the heroes (MJ, DR, Shroud, and Hunter). Joseph is skilled in the use of his super abilities and uses them with cunning. Joe is not a fanatic or a neo-nazi but has joined the KOW for the thrill of it all. He has no qualms about destroying careers and lives to gain more money, prestige, and power. In fact, he is obsessed with the acquisition of power and vast wealth. He has built a film empire but craves more. It is this hunger for power that got him involved with the Magaldi Cartel, drug manufacturing, and the Ratt Pak. He sees the subliminal message generator as the means to finally achieve absolute power. These recent delusions of power have made him a little more careless and impetuous than usual. p. 46 Turtles Go Hollywood (TM) of Palladium Books. Created by Daniel Greenberg.

She has the unbridled exuberance of youth and thinks she's indestructible in every way and can get away with anything. She is the most reckless of the three gang leaders and a bit of an air-head. She loves her sister, but thinks she should loosen up and enjoy life more. She also likes the fact that she is more beautiful and powerful than her big sister and reminds her of this often. He obeys Labb Ratt implicitly. His friends include Space Case and Brain Drain. If something happens to them he will go berserk. He does not like Lounge Lizard, but tolerates him because Labb Ratt tells him to. p. 43 Turtles Go Hollywood. (TM) of Palladium Books. Created by Daniel Greenberg.
Space Case- Space Case is a bubble-headed Valley-Girl sex bomb. She purrs sensuosly when she talks and looks soft and lovable. She has a short attention span and tends to space out during conversations, then giggles as if blanking out were hysterically funny. Her foolish behavior stands in stark contrast to her combat abilities. She is a natural and deadly predator who stalks her prey silently and attacks without warning using her retractable claws! She uses her innocent and helpless demeanor as a ploy to lure her victim into a sense of ease, then lashes out for the kill. p. 44 Turtles Go Hollywood (TM) of Palladium Books. Created by Daniel Greenberg.
Brain Drain- Brain Drain is a mutated guinea pig brain with exceptional intelligence. He has built a powerful armored body to house his brain, and uses the built-in weaponry to attack his enemies. He enjoys using his psionic powers because they make him feel important. When in combat or threatened, Pain Bear attempts to use his combination Bio-Manipulation:Pain/Mind Trap attack to incapacitate his victims. He will immerse the victims in some kind of torture chamber and will let the victims "escape" from one chamber to another in the fantasy, always leading them into an even more painful and terrifying dream experience. (By Erick Wujcik, p. 82 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness and p.8 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Adventures)
Fear Bear- Fear Bear is the member of the Terror Bears who holds the most bitter hatred of humanity. He is fond of Doom Bear and will follow him whenever possible. (By Erick Wujcik, p.84 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness and p.8 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Adventures)
Nightmare Bear- Nightmare Bear is the leader of the Terror Bears. He is the one who will most often come up with plans for their future survival; in fact, Nightmare Bear is the only one of the Terror Bears who even looks ahead to tomorrow. As William B. Stone he appears dirty and sweaty, and always wears overalls or old, tattered clothing. He is often heard muttering to himself. Stone walks with a slight limp and occasionally stutters. He is very timid, soft-spoken, indecisive and submissive to others.
As Merlin Spellstone he wears clothing reminiscent of the 1960's. Could pass for a hippie, with long hair, bell bottom pants, gold neck chains, medallions, cape, old fashions and loud colors. He is bold and confident. Speaks with a loud, deep voice. Believes anything is possible, and will try to convince others into agreeing with his philosophy. He has often convinced people that he really is a reincarnation of the legendary Merlin. In fact, there are times when Mortimer's act is so convincing that even he believes he is Merlin.
As Stanley Livingstone "The Hunter" he usually wears black clothing, and is particularly fond of black jumpsuits and military clothing. Rarely shaves and enjoys tobacco caw or chewing on a cigar. He's also a heavy drinker and likes the ladies. Seedy bars with female entertainment are his favorite places when he's not working. He is tough, mean, nasty, and absolutely fearless. Ready to start a fight at the drop of a hat.
As Larry Mindstone he dresses very professionally and conservatively--white shirt and tie, dress slacks and/or an expensive suit. Wears a white lab coat when working. Also smokes a pike on occasion. He is calm, quietly confident; always trying to reassure the people around him that he is in control of the situation and that he can handle any problems. Completely unlike the crazy, hyper, mad scientist in the movies. However, Mindstone is a psychotic murderer who has absolutely no regard for human life, other than as subjects for his experiments. He will calmly kill, torture, and experiment on people without a qualm or concern for their suffering. He is a cold blooded killer, obsessed with his experiments. The Viper Organization- An unscrupulous organization who supplied illegal arms to criminals and street gangs. The organization was broken up by The Metal Juggernaut and Shroud.
Vehicle's in the Group
A.R. 5 | S.D.C. 300 | Spd: 120 mph | Range 270 mi | Cost: $15,000 |
A lovely shade of red, sure to attract the attention of everyone you pass. Not used much anymore, but it had it's day, in fact, it's traced way back to a time before Gats employed us. The Heroe who owned this sleek little car (Rayden) has since been killed while trying to fight crime.
The Hippy Mobile: Your average Full-Size Van with a twist.
A.R. 7 | S.D.C. 400 | Spd: 120 mph | Range 200 mi | Cost: Priceless :) |
The Hippy Mobile is owned and used strictly by the Metal Juggernaut. It's painted lime green with flowers on it. Curtains cover all the windows in back and all the seats in the back are ripped out. It used to serve as a home to the Metal Juggernaut until he joined a group of Heroe's and now lives under the roof of his provider, Mr. Gatz. The Hippy Mobile has a pretty nice interior. Couple of bean bags in back, nice carpeted floors and walls and I'm hoping to get a nice stereo system back there also (among other things :) The vehicle is great for stakeout missions... well maybe not, but hell, the weirder the better in N.Y. I'm also hoping to get Dark Rider to fiddle with the van someday, and along with my help we should be able to "tune" it up a bit :) The Metal Jugg. does his rounds for the night in the van, keeping the city free of slime and grime, and just maybe...just maybe adding a little _style_ back into the over populized, business frenzied environment of N.Y. city.
