Here we are basically dealing with rule that FASA has/has not written up that I feel need some editorial comments. Some things are just left a little vague or you need to be looking from a few different sources.
Can nature spirits make physical attacks without having attack powers? Sure, it seems to make sense.. they have physical stats just like elementals. Their attack would probably be (Strenth)M just like any other person's hand to hand attack. Can you ground spells through quickened spells? No, I don't think so. While my word is not law, normal spells are not subject to being ground through so why should quickened spells? Their effects may exist in the physical realm, but they are not dual natured.. only astral. Since quickening links the spell into the astral fabric this does not make them dual natured. Anchored spells are linked to something physical and are subject to being ground through. I think the distinction is somewhat clear.. grounding is one way that quickening is better than anchoring. Quickened spells can be attacked in astral combat though, in fact thats how you get rid of them.
