C O N C E P T :

Villains, villains, everywhere! It was bound to happen..they're
busting out of the Vault and they won't let anyone put them
back in. Bullseye, Hobgoblin, Skull Buster, Super Skrull, Cyber,
Donald Pierce, Deadpool (YES he's a Villain), Venom,
Juggernaut, Rhino, The Marauders, Beyonder (ummm...lock that
man up he's too dangerous for his own good!), Cobra,
Sidewinder, Sabretooth, Mr. Sinister, Harpoon, Lady
Deathstrike, Mystique, Dr. Octopus - good grief, the table is
literally crawling with all of the nastiest players in the whole
game! Sometimes it's so much fun being so bad...

S T R A T E G I E S :

This deck is built for KNOCK OUT more than Venture; plan
ahead for SKULL BUSTER, Deadpool's ASSASSIN, and
RHINO CHARGE (for those inevitable times you play against an
Energy deck) to get some easy late-battle KO's on unsuspecting
opponents. Besides those cards, the deck is teeming with so
many more off-skill, non-Fighting attacks than Fighting attacks.

Keep THE REAVERS alive basically. I went crazy giving them
way too many Special cards, but they're all so great & useful and
my opponents typically go for Bullseye or Deadpool first anyway.
Drawing and Placing PRETTY BOY early in the game should
alleviate this pressure a bit.

Play ADAMANTIUM TENTACLES on either Deadpool or
Bullseye, whichever seems like he'll last longest in the game. In
my experience it has been Deadpool, but I'd love to get Bullseye
to be able to throw the 6 STRENGTH POWER CARDS as 8 to
block attacks one of these days (thanks to ASSASSIN FOR
HIRE).

Use VERTIGO from the Battlesite to put some harmless Hits
onto Deadpool or Bullseye, then later use GATEWAY to get rid
of them.

T W E A K S :

Cutting down on the number of cards specifically playable by
The Reavers would help, but I couldn't bring myself to leave any
of them out. Sabretooth's Government Operative Special might
be better off back in the box, but I find it gets used from Hand
enough of the time that I don't mind keeping it in.
