Temple of Time: Once here go to the room where you got the Master Sword, now go up to the where the sword rested and place in back in, after you see a flow of blue light you will be a child again. Now while still in this child form, go outside the Temple of Time to the Market.

Market: Once here go left to the other side of the Market, now go through the door in the building with the stairs that lead up to a second floor. This is the Bombchu Bowling Alley, talk to the sleeping girl to play it. She will tell the prize is a secret, it changes everytime one of them is a heart piece and there are also some carrying bags which enable you to carry more bombs. Pay her 30 Rupees to play, and she will show you what you the prize you can win. Keep playing untill you get the heart or untill you run out of Rupees(if you want to get more, a quick way is to keep going in and out of the room by the drawbridge to keep breaking open the pots to get Rupees). After you have gotten the heart piece go to Kakariko Village.

Kakariko Village: Once here go to the House of Skulltula, as soon as you enter go straight to the back of the house and talk to the kid there(if you have collected all the Gold Skulltulas i've guided you to) he will give you a wallet which will allow you to hold up to 500 Rupees. Now go back out and go inside the windmill, once inside take out your ocarina and play the Song of Storms. You will notice it start to spin faster, then you will see the water drain from the well. Now back outside and go down the ladder in the well to the the bottom, now turn around and head forward into the dark.

Bottom of the Well: Go forward and crawl through the hole in the wall directly in front of you to the other side. Once on the other side press Z to put the camera behind you, now go forward and climb down the ladder. Once down the ladder, proceed away from it untill you see a Big Skulltula. Destroy it and head toward the wall, keep walking forward and you will pass through the wall. Once on the other side, press C-up to look around the room, you will see two hallways, one on the left and one on the right, go through the one on your right(but beware of the Green Bubble flying through the hallway). Once in the hallway you will notice that there's a trail of shallow water on one side of it. Follow the water, now after you second left turn, follow the water forward untill you see a blue spot on the ground. Look at it closer and you will notice it is the Symbol of the Royal Family(the mark of the Triforce). Pull out your Ocarina and play Zelda's Lullaby. After you play the song you will see the water drain. Now head back the way you came to the wall you walked through. Once here jump down in the hole right near there. Down in the hole you will find a chest with some bombs in it, now in the wall directly across from the front of the chest is a hole on the ground, crawl through it. Once through it, walk forward slowly untill a Big Skulltula decends, destroy it, now crawl up the wall in front of you, now go through the door. Once through the door you will notice four white pillars in each corner of the room. Walk up to one of them, once close enough it will reach out and grab you. Once this happens a creature known as Dead Hand will come up from the ground, shake free from the hand by moving the control stick around rapidly. Now lock on to Dead Hand and wait untill he come up to you, once close enogh he will put his head down to bite you. Once he does this slash at his head with your sword, after a few hits he will retreat, don't follow him, attack one of the hand, if you hit the hand or it grabs you Dead Hand will come out again. Do the same as last time, and repeat this untill he is defeated. After Dead Hand is defeated a big chest will appear in the center of the room, open it and you will recieve the Lens of Truth. Now if you want to get the rest of the the stuff in here such as Gold Skulltula's continue reading on, if you don't want to get the rest of the stuff in here skip the colored text that follows. Go back out the door. Once through the door destroy the Big Skulltula, jump down, crawl through the hole, and climb up the wall out of the pit. Once out of the pit go down the same hallway you did to drain the water, now stop after the hallway turns left the first time, now use the Lens of Truth and look to your left and you will see a hole in the wall with a chest just beyond it, open the chest to get a key. Now keep heading down the hallway untill you see a bars on your right, now use the Lens of Truth and just across from the bars you will see another hole in the wall, go through it. Now look to your right and you will see a locked door, go through it. Once through the door lock on to the 4 bats and kill them with your boomerang, once they are gone use the Lens of Truth, you will see a path along the side of the pit, follow it and you will see a Gold Skulltula destroy it with the Slingshot, then lock onto the token and retrieve it with the boomerang, now head back out the door. Once through the door, go left through the wall now go to the right to the first wall you walked through in this dungeon. Once here go to the other hallway, as soon as you enter the hallway use Lens of Truth, now look to your right and you should see another hole in the wall, go in it and you will see a small chest, open it to get another key. Now follow the hallway to the right, and turn left as soon as you can. Now directly in front of you, you should see some bars, just hit head for them and jump down into the pit, open the chest to get a little heart, now climb up the wall and go through the door. Once through the door you will notice the room has six coffins in it. First off you want to kill the mummy by the name of Gibdo, now light the torch furthest from the door and on the left. Two bats will come out, destroy them, now look in the coffin they flew out of, you will see a key, get it and go back through the door. Once through the door, jump down into the pit and climb back up the other side. Once out of the pit walk to the end of the hall, now use the Lens of Truth, now directly in front of you, you will see a hole in the wall, walk through the hole. Once through it look to the left and you will see a locked door, go through it. Once through the door, you will see a plant creature and 3 pots in the room, the pots are alive so watch out they fly at you, use your sheild to block them. On the back wall is Gold Skulltula, destroy it and collect the token. Now go back through the door. Once through the door go back through the hole in the wall to your right. Once through the hole go to your right down the hallway, look out for the Big Skulltula where the hall forks off, destroy it and go to the right and go straight all the way down the hall. Now where the hall turns to the right again you will see a hole in the wall near the ground, go through it. Once through, go through the door. Once here equip the Hylian shield, an activate the Lens of Truth. Now you will see hole in the ground, throw a bomb at the eye laser to destroy it. Now go through the other door. Once through the door you will run into a Like Like, stay as far away from it as you can and stun it with your boomerang then strike with the sword, then back off stun it again hit ot with your sword, repeat this untill it's dead. After it's dead, destroy the Gold Skulltula and collect the token.Now Play the Prelude light to Warp to the Temple of Time.

Temple of Time Now go pull out the Master Sword to return to the Future. Now Play Nocturne of Shadow to warp to the Graveyard.

Graveyard Now turn around and go down the tunnel. Now stand on the stones in the middle of the unlit torches and use Din's Fire. Now go through the door that lifted up to enter the Shadow Temple.
