A little introduction
about
myself, my name is Colin. I'm a Singaporean currently in Melbourne. My
hobbies
are fishing, surfing internet, playing computer games, driving around,
bush
walking and looking at wildlife, hehehe. All the kind of hobbies
suitable
for an introvert. Even though this is not my first homepage, I still
don't
know how to use frames. "I'm a Mechanical Engineer", that's what I
always
tell myself whenever I find myself stumped by these computer stuff. I'm
interested in most engineering and all aerospace stuff. Some people ask
me why
I never choose to study Aerospace Engineering because it's my interest.
My answer for them is the following.
"Singapore is a small
country with very limited aerospace market
which is quite saturated with aerospace engineers. I'll starve
to
death before I can find a suitable job."
But the good thing of my chosen engineering major is that, mechanical engineers can also fix aircrafts. In fact, anything that moves can be fixed by us. We just can't do the avionics of the aircraft. I used to be an aircraft technician back in Singapore during my national service days. I maintain A4-SU skyhawks at Tengah Airbase with 145 Squadron "Hornets". I really enjoyed my work there.
"If I can't fly them, I'll be just as happy to fix them."

sites I visit frequently. I'll try to update this page whenever
possible.
