Brief Description of How to use the Anthem Fanfares

You use the anthems by renaming the anthem 'fanfare?.wav' where
the "?" is a number from 1-8.  For example, 'canada.wav' would become
'fanfare1.wav'. Make sure you either rename or move the file with the
same name in the SOUND directory, then move the renamed anthem into
SOUND.  It should now work as a fanfare when you contact one
civilization.  Unfortunately, I don't know how the computer decides
which civilization to give the fanfare to.  I have one anthem in my
SOUND directory, and different civs use it in  different games. In one,
the Germans had it, but in another, the Russians, and the Mongols in one
other.  The only way I know how to set them up right is through trial
and error- going into a game and contacting leaders, then renaming it(or
them) if incorrect, then trying again.
