101 Uses for a Power 0 Token

At present one group in INWO gets a token even though it has no power. What could you do with a power 0 token? Lotsa things. Here's some I came up with after looking through a list of the Unlimited cards. Note that the list includes things like Computer Security which you can't play as the cards stand at this moment - maybe there'll be some more power 0 groups, or a way of adding the computer attribute in the future. 

- Pay half the cost to draw a plot

- Pay to move a group (itself, any of its puppets, or to gain a new puppet,
assuming it has the arrows).

- Spend in order to be able to use a +10 card with it (if you have the
right alignment or attribute - there are lots of these).

- Attack or aid with a power 0 token (if you have the right alignments 
to aid) would allow you to draw a Plot with Australian Rules in play.

- Attack the Ninjas to give them a token.

- Attack a male Personality in order to play Bimbo at Eleven (must be Media).

- Play a plot requiring a token but not of any specific power. For example:
 - Botched Contact
 - George the Janitor
 - Let's Get Organized
 - Let's Get REALLY Organized
 - Mutual Betrayal
 - Savings & Loan Scam
 - Resistance Is Useless!
 - Power to 6 cards (if you have the right alignment - lots of these)
 - Alignment change cards if the target has 0 resistance 
      and you have the right alignment (lots of these)
 - Auditor From Hell (needs Computer or Bank attribute)
 - Backlash (needs the right alignment)
 - Crop Circles (must be Magic)
 - Purge (note that for power 0 groups, no power is lost)
 - Impostor (needs the right alignment)
 - Media Blitz (must be Media)
 - Miracle Diet Plan (must be Media)
 - Privileged Attack (must be Secret)
 - Whispering Campaign (must be Media)
 - Air Magic (must be Magic)
 - Computer Virus (must be Science, Space or Computer)
 - Counterspell (must be Magic)
 - Foiled (must be Media)
 - Computer Security (must be Computer)
 - Cover-Up (must be Secret)
 - Unlucky 13 (must be Magic)


Plots that can be used with an attack of 0 Power:
- Faction Fight 
- First Thing We Do, Let's Kill All The Lawyers
- Ketchup is a Vegetable 
- Revolution
- Bimbo at Eleven (must be Media)
- Censorship (must be Straight, Conservative or Govt. Can be aiding instead.)
- Eat The Rich! (must be Media)

(Media, Science and Magic attributes can be added to a power 0 group)

Note that Power 0 groups can be reloaded for free if they have the right
alignment or attribute, and you are already playing a reload anyway.
