INWO starters (generally) have two decks of 55 cards each, containing 2 Illuminati, 2 Rares, 8 Uncommons, 22 Common groups and 21 Common plots.
There were intended to be no duplicates, but it isn't absolutely clear whether this was per 110-card pack or per 55-card deck. Empirical research (opening packs) indicates that it was most likely per 55-card deck. Either that or the sorting was much worse than rumoured. Anyway, I have produced some either way, so if you don't agree with me you can have it the other way.
Real Starters. The first two give the contents of each deck; the third one only has the entire pack.
Random 110 card starter packs. These packs have no duplicates within each 55-card deck.
