not only does this cover your home supply centers, it gets you a build,
possibly two(ASmy - Con, then ABul - Gre/ACon - Bul).
It is quite easy to explain to Russia that going to the black sea
was merely a precaution. A deal can then be prusued with Austria
if you don't like Russia, or with Russia if you don't like Austria.
If you want to attack from the get go:
ACon - Bul
FAnk - Bla
ASmy - Arm
this sets you up for a wicked hit on Sevestopel.
Remember, you have a much easier time taking the Black Sea
then Russia(You have two home supply centers ready to build fleets).
Simply remember that this advantage is not without drawbacks.
More then any other territory the black sea is vital to the Turkish war effort.
It touches a whopping five supply centers, three of which are home.
It allows you to convoy across armies from home that might otherwise take
multiple turns to reach the front lines in Russia.
To end, remember that Turkey has its back to the wall.
Either go turtle and wall up and wait for a golden oppurtunity
or fight like a cornered dog until you win.
