Ok this page contains all the information I know about the upcoming FF8. First of all it is not destined for American shores till late 1999 unfortunatly. The basis of the story is about love. One of the big differences in the game from the basic FF image is that the characters are rather large and detailed (see pics). Also if you have seen the great CG graphics in FF7 let me just tell it is much better in FF8. I got some information on the characters (not much though).
