More to come!

Pinecone

A simple decoration, dragonscale wrapped in a circle. Wonderful for keychains that don't already have too much weight.

Pinecone Closeup

Relative size of the pinecone, compared with my fingers.

The Darkmaille

Oh, such beautiful darkened steel, lovingly crafted into an awesome coat of maille, with galvi highlights... Sadly, the whole thing rusted over in a month. Not being big on constant maintenance, it now serves as a bright orange example of hubris.

Magic Wand

Who says wands must be wood? Mine is made of steel; a roundbar core with corduroy wrapping, a glass marble in the handle, and a flash that no one can deny.

Magic Wand Set

Why stop at one, when you can have two? The new one has a small orange crystal set in the pommel.

The Barbarian Crown

Working with large brass rings leads itself to headgear, especially when you wrap the brass in hiltchain, and a few layers of dark blue fur.

Morning Star

The handle is hiltchain (good for stiff pieces), the chain is spiral braid, the spikes are Tetra Orbs. It's not very big, just a cute miniature. I made my first one for a gift exchange (it had only one spiked orb), but the fellow who really wanted it didn't win it, so I made him this one.

The PentaCoif

My first coif! For the mantle I joined five trapezoidal sections together; hence the name.

The NayaHelm

One spring, with only a few days left before the Palm Springs RenFaire, and nothing to wear on my head, I created this. It has a skullcap joined with a hiltchain-wrapped 8 in. brass ring, with a curtain down the back. Ooh, I get lots of photos with my hats!

Pirate Bandana

Like pirates? Want something manlier than a rag on your head? How about a row of 6 in 1 that hangs down in the back, joined to a skullcap?

Glove

Just to see if I could. Turns out, I could. Never made the other one, though, just to anger my obsessive-compulsive side.
