Negotiations

Here is what happened. The state needed a web site, and you know how official they all are. They got the three guys (me included) they wanted to do it into a room. Me and two other guys were bidding. One was a Chinese Guy he looked like one of those hardcore programmers from "the 80's", there was a guy from some European country well dressed and all. They told us the design they wanted for the site and then they all asked us to give and estimate and tell them why. So the Chinese guy went first.

I want 4 thousand 2 thousand for me, 1 for labor, and 1 for expenses....

Then the European guy spoke. I need 4 thousand. 1 for me 2 for labor and 1 for expenses.

Then I got up walked over to the head of the committee with a peace of paper it read.

I want 10 thousand 3,000 for me 3,000 for you and will get the Chinese guy to do it.

So I got the job.
