Sephiroth was the top ranking SOLDIER officer until he diappeared five years ago. His past remains unknown because Shinra has kept it secret. He has a giant sword called Masamune
which only he can hold. Not much else can be said about Sephiroth. In the game, Sephiroth is only in your party once for a very short time. You can't fight with him or anything. Beating him though, is another story. See the Strategy section to find out how to beat him. If you've finished the game and are confused about the storyline, see the story section.
