First Crush

This is an experiment

Greetings web searcher. The internet is a powerful communications tool that can also play the part of a time machine. Every day millions of people are searching for things and before you can find something it has to be out there to find. So many people pass through your life and make an impact and yet they may never know it. Before I go further this is not about anything earth shattering. Just a simple story of a first crush. The year was 1973. It was Summer. The location was 468 Domino Lane Philadelphia PA 19128, The Scuttlebutt Swim Club in the Roxborough section. I was 12 and just started noticing members of the opposite sex. They also had another thing that became an obsession. A video game. First place I saw a Pong machine. While playing that game I met a girl. Her name was ....

Her name was Theresa and I'm happy to say in June 2004 I got an email from her. So I am changing this page because I don't need to repeat her name 5 times anymore. Basically the story was about how I developed a crush on her while waiting for the summer in hopes of seeing her again and then she didn't show up and since I didn't even know where she went to school I never heard from her again and could not find her.

So 30 years later I write about it on a webpage in hope that she googles her name someday.

And almost a year later she does and sends me an email. And unlike my first kiss story from another webpage she remembers me and liked the story and wanted to talk a little more.
