  • Work Experience

    School of Journalism and Mass Communication at University of Colorado at Boulder, 8/26/97--. In addition to running errands, I work most of the time in the Records Department, filing, typing and updating undergraduate student records.
    King Soopers, Loveland CO, 6/19-8/16/97. I worked as a courtesy clerk, where my duties included sacking groceries, retrieving buggies, recycling, shopback, sweep and mop, cleaning and trash disposal.
    Sonic Drive-In, Loveland CO, 6/26-8/28/96 and 7/10-8/15/97. I dressed sandwiches, worked swamp, prepared meat, made drinks, prepare hot dogs, and cleaned (a lot).
    Ogden Entertainment Services, Boulder CO, 9/93-11/96. I worked as cashier, preparer and vendor for University of Colorado sports and events such as football, mens and womens basketball, Promise Keepers, the 50's-60's Concert, and the U.S. Olympic Festival

    1993-97 Thompson Valley Pep Band. I played alto saxophone at TVHS boys basketball home games and travelled with the team to tournaments
    1992-97 Volunteer with Horseshoe Park 4-H in Larimer County, CO. I worked the concession stand at the County Fair, worked the club's boot at the annual carnival, and worked as Jr. Superintendent at the County Fair with Foods projects and Model Rocketry Fly Day.
    1989-92 Volunteer with Elburn 4-H and Bits 'n' Bucks 4-H in Kane County, IL. I worked concession stands at the County Fair and participated in a forest restoration project, "Free-A-Tree," at Campton Hills Forest Preserve, St. Charles, Illinois. I also worked with other forest, river and prairie restoration projects.
