Symbol of Kick

Another dangerous step to complete, you must bring light to the Ice room in Arch wights under the crypt.  Unless you have the light spell, this means you have to go to the cleric shop and purchase a candle votive.  Take that votive back to the room with the monk and light the candle with the eternal lamp.  Do not put the candle away.  If you put the candle in a container the flame goes out.  Many people have friends set teleport rings for the room so they don't have to walk through without the protection of their sword or their shield. Directions to the room from the Voln courtyard are W, W, W, go trail, S, go trail, E, E, (N and NE until you are out of the woods), go trail, go path, go gate, go crypt, go arch, E, say, "shadow bind my soul", S, go ramp, N, E, E, N, go corridor, NE, NE, go pile, down, down, E, N, N, go grating, down, down, N, N, NE, go stair.  Either wave the candle or cast your light spell and you have finished.  Go back to the monk and he will instruct you in the Symbol of Kick.
