These are the locations of the Great Fairy Fountains.
(A) means that you can only get here as an adult, (C) only as a child.
Bomb the big brownish rock open at the top of Death Mountain. This one will be done failr early on in the game. She will teach you the Sword Spin technique.
Blow up a pile of rocks near the Goron entrance to Death Mountain Crater. You can see the rocks if you face the Triforce symbol from the high ledge and look down/left. She will give you a heart piece. (A)
Blow up the boulder by Hyrule Castle . She will teach you Din's Fire.
In Zora's Lake, swim to the right in the lake, pick up the boulder, smash the smaller rock under it, and go through the hole. She will teach you Farore's Wind, which lets you warp out of danger.
On the screen with the Desert Collossus, bomb a wall behind two palm trees (there is a small crack there). Inside is a Great Fairy who will teach you Nayru's Love, which puts up a forcefield around you for about a minute.
When you get the Gold Gauntlets, go back out of Ganon's Tower, and go to where the fairy who gave you Din's Fire used to be. Uproot the large column, and go inside to get added defense power.
These are the regular fairy fountains that I know of.
Pull open the gravestone in Kakariko Graveyard that has the flowers next to it (not Dampe's grave).
Stand on the small rock next to the dried up oasis in the Desert Collossus screen and play the 'Song of Storms'.
Climb the ladder by the stairs in the Sacred Forest Meadow, then climb down the next ladder, and fall in the hole.
Play the 'Song of Storms' on the island in Zora's Domain.
Bomb a rock on the high plateau in Zora's River.
Play the 'Song of Storms' at the entrance to the Gerudo thieves fort.
