Omaha

Omaha plays out the exact same way as Texas Hold'em but instead of being dealt two cards, each player is dealt four cards. Players must then use exactly two cards from their hand(hole cards) and three cards from the board, to make their best five card hand.

It is EXTREMELY important to understand that two hole cards must be used. In Texas Hold'em, you can use 0, 1, or 2 of your whole cards. This doesn't apply in Omaha.

Omaha

1. Blinds are posted.
2. Four cards are dealt to each player, followed by a round of betting.
3. Three cards(the flop) are placed face up in the middle of the table. These are community cards shared by all the players at the table to make their best five card hand. A round of betting follows.
4. One community card(the turn) is placed in the middle, followed by a round of betting.
5. The final community card(the river) is placed, followed by the final round of betting.
