7 Card Stud is a great game. Many people who play it don't really understand it, which is why it's so great. There is a ton of money to be made at this game if it is mastered.
7 Card Stud
1. Antes are posted.
2. Two cards are dealt face down to each player, followed by one card face up. The player with the smallest upcard
must start the betting.
3. One card is dealt face up, followed by a round of betting, until the players have 4 upcards.
4. The final card is dealt face down, followed by the final round of betting.
Mucked Cards
One quick, but important tip. Pay attention to which cards people have folded. For example, if you're on a spade flush draw, it would benefit you if you had remembered that three players had folded, and had two spades each, making your odds terrible. More details about this will be available later.
