Cerulean City is a Pokemon RPG. First off, you need a Pokemon, buy a house and get a job. You start off with $5000, 3 Pokeballs to catch pokemon with and a pokemon to start with which is not an evolved form or a rare type. When you catch Pokemon, you get more money to buy a better house, more pokeballs or several other items. There is no way of winning this RPG, this is what makes it so fun! You can battle other people who have Pokemon and gain more money! As you fight and win, your Pokemon will gain experience and also Levels. Your Pokemon will learn more attacks as they grow more levels. To join, post a message on the Discussion Board with your nickname, ICQ Number, the Pokemon you want to start off with, and your e-mail address. You can start playing as soon as you have posted that message but it might take a while for your profile to be uploaded. It is LOTS easier to have ICQ in cerulean city as most of the battles are in ICQ chat - Mayor Dr. Char
