First go to the fishing place at lake Hylia. Go to the little stream on
the edge of the water. Turn and there should be three rocks. Go and walk
in between the first and second rock.It will say you have snagged a sinking
lure. This will help you catch lunkers to get the golden scale. (I've only
tried when link was older)
