Hello, and welcome to my home page!
I am a recent graduate, well '97 anway, from The University of West
Georgia.
My program of study was a
B.S. in
Geography. Their curriculum has changed over the years, but the degree is basically the same. I work in the field of G.I.S. and love it.

I do consider myself very lucky. It's either good luck because I have
survived disasters, or it's bad luck because I was in the disaster:
-
Hurricane Opal - October 5, 1995 - I lived in Carrollton, GA, at the
time (at least 200 miles inland), but it sure packed a punch down where I
lived - the college was closed for 4 days while they were removing downed limbs
and trees. Many small tornadoes were spawned near where I lived.
- Loma
Prieta Earthquake - October 17, 1989 - I lived in Livermore,
CA, at the time (40 miles from epicenter), but it was still a very
memorable experience.
Okay - so October is a lucky month for me.
