Wing Commander: Prophecy
This game was kept secret from me for a while. I enjoyed 1, 2, and 4 (Never played 3. . .) and I expect a lot offa Prophecy. It really does look cool though. Graphics look AWESOME and so does everything else :) And theres gonna be multiplayer. The story line (or at least as much of the story that I know) is this: The Kilrathi massed a big ol' War fleet, and Confed is wondering why. When Confed sends (guess who?) Colnel Blair, now in command of a state of the art Carrier, they find the Kilrathi fleet utterly destroyed. Upon investigation, they figure out that big techhie-wonder organic ships swept in and demolished the Kilrathi, without taking losses. Now the hero (no longer Colnel Blair) has to find a way to get rid of these invaders.
I might actually buy this game. That is if my rusted old piece of crap computer can run it without blowing up. :)
Ultima Online
I played this game. It really is AWESOME. What sucks is the price tag. Being rather broke, I can't afford the game's $65 pricetag, with $10 a month right now. Maybe later, but by then it will not be as good.
Go to Ultima Online's homepage. It's pretty cool!
StarCraft
I would say I can't wait for this game, and its quite true. Only problem is that Blizzard isn't one who keeps up with their release dates. (Diablo was supposed to come out Spring 96) Although they say Mid-1997, I'm not expecting this game until December or 1998.
I hear the beta test is coming out soon. This time they will take applicants for 6 hours and draw from a hat the 1000 that get to beta test. With my luck I probably won't be beta testing.. Oh well.
My name is Dennis Soh, and I am a sophmore in McDonogh school, a rich-boy private high school in Baltimore (I live around Baltimore, if you haven't guessed. . .) I'm not rich, but everyone else that goes there is. My dream car is a BMW 3 series or Acura NSX. I play golf (or try to) and I wrestle for school. I get my drivers license in a little more than a month (Whohoo!) at which point I will be running around town in my big boxy Buick Century. I hang around the youth group kids at church sometimes, and do stuff with computers when I have a free minute.
Oh, one more thing. . .NEVER EVER stick your fingers in a door when its closing. Just don't. Trust me.
I'll put more here when I can think of something to put up, but for now. . .
