The Sanger Victorian House -- According to Playmobil!

Now, when I first saw the Playmobil victorian house I just about died. There were all these great little accessories to find for it, rooms to add, and such. All of them almost entirely accurate to the time period of the Victorian era!

Well, I was fortunate enough to have EXTREMELY generous friends who wound up actually GETTING me this wonderful piece for the holidays of 2000. My heartfelt thanks go out to them, and warm fuzzies too.

Now... Here is the house in progress! There are 11 pictures total, so it will take a while to load.
This is the floor and base. I had to find a piece of wood big enough to fit over my bookshelf so that it would actually all go on there without being in danger of falling.
Next came the first story. Notice the open windows on the left? They go to a nice indoor porch!
This is the interior of the first floor, set onto the floor. Neat little wallpaper designs, and curtains!
Now the second story floor and staircase are added. Quite cool, how the stairs go in!
This is the unadorned second story. Many things need to be put on before it's finished!
Here is the second story put on to the first.
All those little flower beds had to be made by putting the flowers on the stems... Such perfect fits on the planters though, that there weren't even any tabs or slots, they just FIT on to the wall.
Now I've got the roof on, it fit just great!
Here is the mostly completed interior. Note the wallpaper inside the attic, and the doors -- which work...
The house is finally finished! The rooftop and sides are all fit, and all the flowers are blooming!
See the interior with two sets of extras: the Bathroom and the Children's Room. This house will be brimming with activity soon!
