The Dark Knights are herin refered to as "Knights" or "The Knights". Possible employers or contractors are herin refered to as "Employer". The payment, reinbersment, or bartered items are herin refered to as "Payment".
Upon employment, the Knights will recieve half of the proposed Payment to be used as the Knights see fit.
Upon employment, the Employer must deposit the remaining amount of the Payment to the Comstar credit depository on the planet of Outreach.
The Knights will use their own jumpship and dropships.
The Knights will give up no direct control or leadership to the Employer. The Knights will retain full command structure and will execute a given mission as they see fit.
At no point in time will the Knights be ordered to engage, civilian, non-hostile, or defensless targets by the Employer. If such measures are necesary to ensure the safety of the Knight or local population, the decision will be made by Knight Command.
Upon Contract completion, the Knights will be fully reinbursed for damage taken by the Knights units. This reinbersment will not be taken out of the remaining Payment held by Comstar on Outreach.
The act of making a contract with the Knights is an oath that you have read, understand, and agree with the above Terms and Limitations.
The Knights reserve the right to take any breach of these contract terms and limitations as a possible full forfieture of payment to the Knights as well as possible contract termination.
