Chapter 1

Jinjo Land was a very happy place. There was something for everyone. Swimming Pools, Movie theaters, a little bit of everything. Ah, a wonderful place. I never wanted to leave Jinjo City. But, as I didn't know then, I was going to leave, if I liked it or not. I didn't have a choice. Here's my personal recalling of what I went through. Here goes. One fateful day, as I was taking a walk through Jinjo City, I saw a dot up in the sky. I didn't think much of it, but it got bigger and bigger. Then, all of a sudden we all heard a cackle. "Little creatures far below, which of you will be the first to go?" As I looked around in wonder, I saw a Pink Jinjo with a green light coming from the dot in the sky surround her. As I looked in terror, she was slowly lifted into the sky. I heard another Jinjo yell, "RUN!!!" I started running with all my might. More Jinjos that were around me were lifted into the sky. I suddenly saw a green light around me. I felt like I was flying. Then, everything went dark around me...

Chapter 2

Suddenly, I woke up. I was among many jinjos that were cramped up in a dark, damp, dungeon cell. Most of them were talking about what happened. When it seemed everyone had regained awareness of their surrondings, I heard a loud whistle. There was silence. An old, wisened Yellow jinjo stood up. "Fellow jinjos, we have been attacked by Gruntilda." I shuddered. "Gruntilda is the cruel witch who has pestered the jinjo race for generations. She kidnaps us, hides us, and leaves us till someone comes and rescues us. It may take months for us to be rescued." I thought. "Whatever happens, we must be brave. We will come through, as have our fathers before us." The yellow jinjo concluded. Suddenly, we heard a door open. "You stupid creatures, hee hee hee. 45 of you will come with me!" Suddenly, a green light shone around me and many others. As I started to faint again, I could see that I was headed into a large bag...

Chapter 3

Suddenly I woke up. I was all alone in a small, icy crevasse. Behind me was an ice wall and an ice key. I tried to move, but for some reason I couldn't move my feet. I tried to break free several times, but I just couldn't. So I just stood there in that cold cave, my teeth chattering. Suddenly I saw a large walrus enter the cave, babbling about how nice the walrus he met outside was. "Help!" I called. The walrus turned and faced me. "What are you?" He asked. "I'm a jinjo, and I'm stuck up here, please help me." "I can't. I'm freezing and I need to start a fire." I continued to call for help. The walrus said, "Oh, please be quiet, your whistling is giving me a headache." Just then a bear entered the cave, so I called to him. The walrus then said, "Oh, no! Not you again! Leave poor Wozza alone and take that noisy orange thing with you." The bear turned and looked at me. Then a bird popped out of the bear's backpack and said, "Look, another jinjo. Let's rescue him, Banjo." The bear came over and tagged me on the arm. Suddenly I could move my feet again. "It's one of Gruntilda's spells," Banjo explained. Thanking the bear and bird, I headed back to Jinjo Land...
