| The assassins guild, we mentioned in issue
4 has a name: The Hunters. This particular guild is currently dedicated
to becoming more notorious than the Dark Brotherhood, and the deadly strikes
they have conducted in the past were only the beginning of their attempts
to realize that dream. The Evening Star hopes that it´s readers use
sturdy locks on their doors and have spare gold to spend on good weapons,
in the belief that doing so will help them to stay alive. |
Last week we reported on the excavations
resulting in the discovery of that mystical tome, Ohgma Infinium. The precious
book arrived safely in the Daggerfall museum, but it did not stay there
for long. The high value of the tome was impossible to conceal, and thieves,
allegedly members of the Thieves Guild, stole the tome two days after it´s
arrival. The ruler of Daggerfall, king Gothryd has already organized a
state-wide search for the thieves and the treasure. |
| A theatre troupe will be arriving in Daggerfall
next week. Citizens will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of performances
by talented people not widely known in the locality. We believe that it
be at least as good as all the previous ones. |
Members of a street gang killed four innocent
people in the city of Orsca, yesterday, in what is described only as a
"blind fury". The townspeople have consequently taken to demonstrating
in the streets. They want the blood of the murderers, who are currently
behind big bars and safe from the mob. The town judges are undecided as
to how the gang members should be executed. |
