·         To obtain the Student Assistant Manager of Technical Operations position.

 

Work Experience:

 

·         Operations Coordinator for Open-Access Technologies                               January 2008-Present

o   Lead a team of support technicians to ensure that all computers in open-access labs are working as intended.

o   Reduced the average number of open tickets on Support desk from 30 to 3.

o   Reorganized the back-room storage area to reduce wait time on enPointe repair tickets from 1 week to 3 days.

·         Support Technician for Open-Access Technologies                                     Fall 2007-Januray 2008

o   Redesigned the enPointe system to ease the repair technician’s burden and make him more efficient.

o   Worked through Christmas break to create and deploy software orders so that the labs were ready for the new semester.

o   Promoted to lead (Operations Coordinator) within 3 months of employment.

·         Lab Assistant for Open-Access Technologies                                            November 2006-Fall 2007

o   Demonstrated excellent customer service by assisting BYU students with basic computing skills (MS Office, HTML, etc.).

o   Maintained a clean and friendly environment.

o   Got firsthand experience on day-to-day operations in the labs.

·         Office Coordinator for the Washington Tacoma Mission                      February 2005-May 2005

o   Designed an MS Access database for reporting and tracking individual mission area data such as key indicators, prospect contact information, and teaching records.

o   Tracked and ran statistical analysis on mission-wide data to increase performance.

o   Volunteered as an English language tutor and provided various other services during evening times.
