OTHER STRATEGIES
MIG RUSH:
Another strategy in Red Alert is The MIG rush strategy. This strategy is basicly what it sounds like... you build about 9 Airfields and get 9 MIGS... and send about 10 minigunners to the other guys base so you can see where his construction yard is. Then you send an army of 10 tanks to distract your enemy for your main attack... Then you send all 9 MIGS in and attack his construction yard. Then you take out the ore refinery and followed up by some power plants and then just KILL them with some tanks.
ANTI-MIG RUSH:
If you usually play someone who uses lots and lots of MIGS and kills you... then this strategy may be the one for you!!! First things first.... you MUST have THE AFTERMATH so you can get Chrono tanks. Build one Chrono tank and Chroshift it in inside the enemy's base... AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET IT TO THEIR AIRFIELD. Then just make it attack the MIGS. This is a very affective strategy to use.
POWER PLANT RUSH:
This strategy is the hardest to pull off, but its the most affective!!! What you do us keep pumping in heavy tanks and building power plants at the same time... the heavy tanks should distract your opponent while you build power plants all the way to their base (if you don't know where your opponent is, and you are playing 2 players, the opponent should be diaganolly opposite to you... otherwise you should send 10 minigunners to find your enemy's base)!!! Once you found thier base and you have powerplants all the way up their, build as many tesla coils as you can INSIDE THIER BASE (right by thier war factories and barracks and ore refineries... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST 10 CONTRUCTION YARDS SO YOU CAN BUILD TESLA COILS FAST... YOU ALSO NEED 6 OR MORE ORE REFINERIES OR ELSE YOU WILL RUN OUT OF MONEY IN NO TIME!!!
TESLA TANK RUSH:
This is a very good strategy if you have AFTERMATH! What you do is first build about 6 war factories and build at least 10 tesla tanks and keep pumping in tanks. NEVER GIVE UP... your enemy might keep fighting you off but if you keep send in tesla tanks... you will eventually win... TRUST ME!!!
CHRONO TANK RUSH:
It is one of my favourite strategies because I thought of it myself and it really works! You build about 10 Chrono Tanks and you before you Chronoshift them... IT'S A LOT EASIER IF YOU "MARK" a section of the map you are playing on. You do this by going to your was factories and pressing CTRL+F1 and then you go to the place where you want your Chrono tanks to Chronoshift to and then you press CTRL+F2. Then when you want to Chronoshift a Chrono Tank, you press F1 to goto your war factories, double-click on a Chrono tank and press F2 and click on the mouse again. Now... don't just Chronoshift the Chrono tanks RIGHT INTO THE ENEMY'S BASE (unless you are doing the ANTI-MIG STRATEGY)... Chronoshift about 10 Chrono tanks to the right of the enemy's base (where you think they can't see you). Then do the same with 10 Chrono tanks except to the left! now you should have your enemy surrounded from 3 sides. Then make about 3 mini gunners to FORCE FIRE on the ground with CTRL+Left Click (for distraction) and then attack with 10 Light tanks from your base and when they get to the enemy's base.. attack with your Chrono tanks from both sides!!! Then if you have Chronoshift ready... Chronoshift one MCV in and deploy it. Build barracks (make it primary!) and keep sending in Tanya's!!!
