The Code |
As a SWSC pilot, you will have to observe The Code. They are as follows:
- All Field Officers are expected to be loyal to their squadron, wing, flotilla, fleet and ultimately, the command center.
All grievances should be directed to your direct superior and resolved in a civilised manner. Any subversive behaviour will
not be tolerated and may lead to bannishment.
- All Field Officers are expected to be honest.
- All Field Officers are expected to function as good team members. This is vital in dissemination of information, discussions,
division of labour and most importantly, the functioning of SWSC. As SWSC is one by amateurs for amateurs, we need all the help we can get.
- All Field Officers are expected to obey instructions given to them by their superiors (defined by both field and staff rank). However,
in recognising that each pilot is a mature and intelligent person, they are expected to execute their duties intelligently and not blindly.
- All Field Officers will accept and obey The Code.
Any Field Officer who are found to contravene The Code will be seriously dealt with by the Executive Council.
Staff Officers are subjected to The Code as well.
