Ragabash born under the waxing moon are said to have a light
touch to their comedy. Those born under the waning moon are said to be purveyors
of a darker brand of humor. It is said that no Shadow Lord Ragabash are born under
the waxing moon, for many of their targets die laughing.
"Quite comical isn't it? A Silent Strider without legs to stride with! What
was that? Perhaps I should have let you keep your tongue...."
-Laughs-in-the-Shadows, Shadow Lord Ragabash
THEURGE:
The seer of the Garou, the theurge burns with secret knowledge,
and exudes a tangible aura of fear. Even the theurges of other tribes fear the
Shadow Lords' seers. Many whisper that the Shadow Lords possess ancient lore lost
to other tribes.... things that Gaia never intended for Garou to know.
"Look into the darkness. What do you see? Do you see the ananrchy? The devastation?
The death? No? Perhaps I should show you...."
-Walks-in-Shadows, Shadow Lord Theurge
Philodox:
The Philodox keep the Garou at peace with themselves. The
Philodox of the Shadow Lords, it would seem, have a near-insurmountable task before
them in uniting a tribe that runs on competition and struggle. But such is not the
case. Indeed, the work of the Philodox is made easier by this atmosphere, for
the ritualized nature of the conflicts allows them to control the very battles themselves.
Accordingly, the Philodox of the Shadow Lords are accorded respect, honor, and, above
all, power.
"So you want to fight. I don't think so. Perhaps if I had that fetish you
are carrying, I would change my mind..."
-Crazy-like-fox, Shadow Lord Philodox
Gilliard:
The Gilliards are often accused of playing with the minds
of other Garou. Of all the Moondancers, those of the Shadow Lords are most adept
at such games. Some Garou whisper that they can even enter your mind and control
your thoughts. Or maybe that's just what they want you to think......
"Don't worry. Just listen to the song. Let your guard down. Would I ever
mislead you?"
-Thinks-too-much, Shadow Lord Gilliard.
Ahroun:
The warriors of Gaia are renowned for their bloodlust. But
simple bloodlust cannot begin to describe the wrath of the Shadow Lord Ahroun.
The Ahroun of the Shadow Lords combine the Rage of the full moon with a contempt
for the weak. They claim that if their Rage leads them to massed slaughter, all
the better, for they have greatly culled the weak from the herd!
