Werewolves are creatures of dominance and submission. Among the Garou tribes,
there is one that most exemplifies hierarchy and order. They are the Shadow Lords.
They are the children of Grandfather Thunder. Like him, they rule with a fist of Iron
and a voice of silk.
The Shadow Lords are considered manipulative by the other tribes, but a true
Shadow Lord is more than just manipulative. He is willing to do whatever it takes
to wrest power from the Silver Fangs, seize wealth from the Glasswalkers, and
break anyone who does not bow to him.
The Shadow Lords are widely believed the strongest tribe overall. This is
probably not off the mark, for they are paragons of strength. The combination
of immensely strong tribal unity and individual members forged in the fires of
constant competition has bred them into a truly formidable machine. To learn more
