         former-Soviet Rocket Forces personel,and Pro-Marxist elements of the
         French government.Financing reportedly has been funneled via pro-IRA
         synpathizers from the U.S. (Boston,Mass.area).
Luanda,Angola:
        In the aftermath of a recent military coup,Mfissi Mtummbi has taken control
        control in Angola.This "rising star" in the international genocide fraternity
        gained popularity with  disillusioned Angolans after his mock military trial of
        former head-of-state Quumbo Ummbassa,in which Ummbassa was publicly
        beaten,quartered,and boiled in oil.Recent intelligence out of Luanda indicates
        Mtummbi plans to launch terrorist attacks against Western interests in Africa
        and elsewhere.In addition,he has vowed to "exterminate" all non-Angolans
        in Angola.
Brownsville,Texas:
        After eluding capture for more than a year,19 year old Hans "Bubba"
        Gerlach,the lone terrorist responsible responsible for the 1997 bombing

        Washington,was finally located while sitting outside a Dairy Queen in
