1. The corporation is very aware that the CS has a non-human view and that they will eliminate all that support non-humans. For this reason I.C.E. Corp. has tried not to make any contact with the CS. The Corporation does not support any non-humans views. they believe that all creatures are created equal.

2. The government still follows the constitution of the United States of America with a some amendments added.

• The first amendment added was that all who wanted to stay in the base may do so. If for any reason you leave, you must not tell anyone of this place. (This section was later rebutted in a later amendment.)
• The next said that all creatures that have found this place, and decides to live must follow the laws of the constitution. If not they will be punished accordingly, or exiled for a period of 3 years.
• The rest dealt with the new government and the military force.
• One such Military amendment stated; That we must reinstate the defenses, not with a new army but with a Mercenary group of our own. This way they will not be suspicious. It is also stated that the force of 250 Glitter Boys, and 250 I.C.E. Corp. PA's be set up as defenses if and when any type of heavily armed force attack the underground facility.

3. To deal with the new powers and D-Bees around, they have set up 3 new cabinets; Secretary of Magic, Secretary of Psychics, and secretary of Alien affairs and rights. These new cabinets deal with the affairs of magic, psionics and aliens. And they have set up a Psionics, magic and Alien division of the armed forces.

4. The facility have over 5,000 GB's and 2,500 I.C.E. Corp. PA's in storage. About 3/4's of these will be piloted at a time need because of the training needed. The factories can produce about 60 GB's and 30 I.C.E. Corp. Pa's at any given time. These GB's are not like the ones before. They are like the Mark 4 GB (Mutants in Orbit Pg. 68), with limited flight capabilities. They are also equipped with a Particle Beam Cannon. (note: the stats for these GB's are in the PA section.) These have also been fitted with the new reflective Armor.

5. The corporation has, in its databases, the full knowledge of Pre-Rifts Earth. The facility had downloaded all the of the information of the world into its new super-computer within the 24 hours after the Cataclysm had come. Also in its library is all the books digitized and stored in several different computers. With in the Company's computer is all the blueprints for every known thing in the world, including alien technology and nano technology.

6. All of I.C.E. Corps. technology come with a self destruct mechanism that activates when it is either taken apart, probed, or looked at in any why that will tell of its secret. When the self destruct is activated, nothing can stop it. It will unleash 10 nanobots which only purpose is to destroy the technology and everything like it. Which in turn will set off the self destruct of any other I.C.E. Corp. technology within a 500 meter radius. Then the bots will explode itself when the technology is destroyed.
