A group of us head up to the lower fort from the parking lot.
Many of us stayed optomistic that the rain would hold for a while. In Seattle, we call it liquid sunshine. It makes us feel better.
A nice shot of some of the structure of the fort.
Several of us headed up to the fort early to start a few games while everyone trickled in.
Dave, in camo, waits for the others while Brian takes some video of the fort.
It looks like we had a little sunshine at the beginning. With the members we have, we start the game.
I head to the roof and make my way to the other side.
I catch someone in retreat and start blasting away.
I head down from the roof and find my opponents gone. I head down the staircase to the left into the tunnels below.
Jeff and I join forces and go looking for trouble.
Jeff and I encounter Brian in the tunnels and tag him out. Here, Brian is takin ghis sensor off and heading to the deadzone.
I take a hit from Dave down the corredor as he disappears into one of the rooms.
I retreat back into the fort and instantly take another hit. Dave has moved around up the stairs and gotten an angle on me.
Brian takes some video of me getting my clock cleaned immortalizing my bad tag skills. At this point, I have one hit left....
and I take my last hit the moment I poke my head out,..but where did the shot come from!!!
Oh, that's where.
Several of the new players make it to the fort as I'm in the deadzone. James gets his gear ready before we seperate into two larger teams.
One team goes to one end of the fort...
While the other team starts on the other end.
Running across the roof is generally a bad idea since there's no where to hide but sometimes it pays off.
Oh good, no one waiting for me. The path is clear.
I encounter Mitch there in the center of the screen just wailing on me. And no cover in site.
Jeff and I pause as we hear a battle going on down stairs. Sensors are going off left and right with infrared bouncing everywhere.
It looks like Dave lost this battle.
