Noelle is the star of the show. She's an angel who hasn't gotten her wings. She's a bit of a ditz and reminds me of Tsukino Usagi from Bishoujo Senshi Sera Muun, just worse!!

She acts a bit like a small child and looks like one too. She has a cute little halo above her head and has the ability to make the strangest faces.

She lives with her family of, ahem, deamons: Mama, Papa, Gabriel (who's a vampire-like creature), etc. She claimes to be 'married' to this boy who accidentaly kissed her, but he likes another girl.

She's a bit of a crybaby and she likes hugs, as she says they make her feel warm and safe.

As an added bounus to keep the show interesting she is constantly chased by 'Dispell-sama', a psyco, weird looking villian who 'collects' incomplete deamons..like angel's with out their wings. She constantly get's caught by him, but some how, some way, his plans are *always* foiled.

All in all I'd say that this is one of the cutest anime's and I'd rate it two thumbs up!
