NAME: selflockout - set the time you will be thrown out and for
how much days you will not be able to login.

SYNOPSIS: selflockout [[in <num> minutes] for <num> days|hours]

DESCRIPTION: Set the time in minutes when you will be automatically
thrown out and for how much days you will not be able to
login again. The selflockout starts automatically if you
do a 'quit quit' or if the given time has passed. It is
not started if you do a 'quit' or loose your link. If
there is no argument it will show you the current setting.
BE WARNED: If you set a selflockout there is no way to
remove it again!. The only way to change it is to set it
to a new value as long as you don't quit.

EXAMPLE: selflockout in 60 minutes for 5 days

NOTE: not all options are implemented at the moment
