In the world that is becoming more and more internet dependent, isn't it time that the average consumer got paid for surfing it?  I think so.  That's why I've compiled a list of some programs that do just that.

AllAdvantage.com - With AllAdvantage.com, founded by Jim Jorgensen, Discovery Zone co-founder, you can be paid for up to 20 hours of online time each month, at .50/hr.  You can also refer friends and family to this service, and earn .10 for every hour they spend online.  More information can be found at their website.

GetPaid4.com - When you download GetPaid4.com's advertisement bar, you can get paid for up to 75(!) hours a month, at a rate which fluctuates, though right now is estimated to be about .55/hr.  Again, you get a reduced amount for any people you refer, who use your account ID when they subscribe.  So when YOU subscribe, please enter my account name, bao5, as a thank you for referring you. :)  Thanks.

GotoWorld.com - By downloading GoToWorld.com's modified Internet Explorer web browser, you earn time for surfing the net.  Simple as that.  :)

More to come, as I am often checking on pay-to-surf programs, and signing up as I go.  I'm waiting on the programs for two others, so expect those soon.
