    Description/Image:

Tyar stands 3'9" and has fairly muscular build. His silky black hair hangs down to about his jawline in wavy curls. A wreath of wild flowers are worn around his head filling the air around him with their sweet gentle aroma. His light blue eyes stand out from his black hair and heavy tan. There is a long scar on the left side of his face running from in front & behind his ear to about mid neck. He also has several heavy scars on his back including one very large one running nearly the full length of his back a few inches right of his spine & a knife wound just below his back ribs. All of this is clearly visable on his naked form. Despite the injuries of past, his body is strong yet not overly muscled, more of a dancer's build. Overall he is still a pleasant sight to one's eyes.

    Background:

Born in the deepest part of the jungles, Tyar was birthed into a tribe of catlike elves. Growing up with his mother, Sehanine, Tyar never got a chance to know his father or his older brothers. In time his mother depositied him in the care of his father and vanished never to be heard from again. His father was less than eager to have another son and paid Ty little attention. Eventually Malkar also vanished from Tyar's life, presumably lost on a hunting excursoin. At this time, Ty had little choice but to venture out of the protection of his little niche and get to know the world around him. Hegot the opportunity to know his brother Lothar and his neice Naren. In time Tyar befreinded many in his tribe and his character grew steadily. He bonded with an old cagy panther he named Bloodfang, and eventually even took a lifemate named Talmai.

Spending his entire life up until this point within the jungle, Tyar suffered a series of injuries which would change the path of his life forever. An attack by a smilidon left the left side of Ty's face heavily scarred from his ear to his neck, making the fair and handsome elf self-concious of his appearance.

A heavy fall from a tree during a game resulted in further injury to his head. An injury that would surface in the near future. Tyar occasionally would 'zone out' into a trance, totally unaware of his surroundings, but this condition passed.

The third incident was an attepted rescue of his brother and other tribesmates from the rapids near the holt. Leaving his back greatly scarred, and himself half-drowned and near dead, Tyar was saved, but left weakened by the event.

Recurring vision and flashback, increased reoccurence of his zoning out, left Tyar questioning his role in the tribe. He took on the duty of scout sothat he could issolate himself for the timebeing, but even that would not do. One day a wandering troll entered the holt territory, spotted by Tyar and his animal-bond, they were quick to defend their land. Tyar did manage to subdue the invader, but his panther-friend was mortally wounded. A visiting elf-healer from the desert named Mender attempted to heal the large cat but failed. Greif-stricken, Tyar attacked the tired elf and blamed him for the loss of his bondmate.

Tyar continued to grow more distant and finally decided to leave in order to prevent his shame in the eyes of the tribe. A young female, Kayos, decided to tag along with him, whether he wanted her to or not. However, the jungle was a very dangerous place for a single pair of elves, and from injury and sickness, Kayos grew deathly ill. In In her last moments of life, she sent him all of her emotions, her feeling and memories of life. The sending was too much for his damaged psyche to handle, and as a result, his mind confused the new information with his own, and Kayos was reborn inside him, as a dormant personality.

Tyar decided to make his way back home, feeling there was little more he could do, and that he had gotten better. He was wrong. Returning home to find that his lifemate had left as well, Tyar was confused, and to add to the confusion, he began to have spells where he would wake up in strange places, often far from where he had last remembered. Kayos had begun to fight for dominance, unaware to him. Deciding it was time to be properly healed, Tyar made his first trip from the jungle, to the desert, to make ammends with Mender, realizing the error of his past, and to seek the healing he needs. After a long journey, Ty arrived in the desert city of Sorrow's End, there he found that Mender was away. As he waited for his healing, Tyar met many new friends, Mesia, FlameDancer, Lasaar, and joining several of them to a festival in the distant plains, he met another named Shootingstar. There he stayed with Star for many years, until it was obvious that his persisting spells of memory lapse needed to be healed. He journeyed back to the the desert where with the aid of the tribe elder, Mender was able to make the extra life within Tyar subside. Remaining in the village for many more years until it was sure that he was well to travel again, Tyar set back home in hopes that his lifemate will have returned.

Discovering that his lifemate had never returned, Tyar was left with little hope. The tribe had greatly changed and very few familiar faces greeted him when he left the solitude of his cave. The one exception was Bria, a shy yet beautiful elf whom he bonded with immediatly. The two quickly developed into lovemates, and Tyar once more moved from his isolated cave, into the holt, setting up a niche with Bria.

Word arrived that the festival in the plains was soon coming and Tyar decided to organize a troupe to attend. His brother was very bisy with a new project, so Tyar took Bria, his brother's lifemate Milar, and a few other tribe members, and set out in search of fun. Stopping once more in Sorrow's End the troupe replenished their supplies and set out again for the plains.

Here at the plains the catelves set up camp, where Tyar discovered the ruined remains of Shootingstars tent, devistated at the thought, he and the poorly adjusting Milar, remained in camp, not attending the festival. As members of the troupe slowly began to make their own way, some back home, some onto new adventured, Tyar met up with Shootingstar, alive and well, and the meeting of the old lovers, came with recognition, the biological process of elves to mate and produce child.

In time Star soon gave birth to a daughter, Leleth, and the pair realized their devotion to each other, lifemating and and forming an undying bond. Upset by all this Bria ran. As winter began to draw closer, the pair decided to travel back to Sorrow's End to avoid the winter season, travelling with a close friend Autumn, an elder from the plains whom helped in Leleth's birthing.

Once again in the desert, the 4 elves set up their home, growing closer to his loving family as well as their companion Autumn. Many came to greet the new visitors and their young kit, amongst them, was Mesia, Tyar's friend of old, their reunion one of great happiness and kinship as their old freindship began to develop more. And another unexpected surprise, FlameDancer, now known as Silvermist, another of Tyar's closest and most loved friends, had also returned to the village, and the two were once more reaquainted. (Unknown to Tyar, his first love and lifemate, Talmai, has returned to the holt, and met Bria to boot!)
