Game Site Links
http://www.softseek.com - Download Site
A huge download site, much better than download.com. With every small listing of a download, it tells you how big the download is, a description, a link to where to buy it, but best of all, whether it's like a 30-day-trial, or freeware, or shareware, or anything.
http://www.gamespot.com - Gamespot
Gamespot.com. A huge site dedicated to computer gaming, past and present. Right now they're running a series about the manufacturing process of some of history's best selling games, and the last one I read was about 7th Guest, one of the few games ever to sell above 2 million copies. They also have nearly endless reviews, links, previews, and they also have a magazine which is quite good. You can get your own e-mail account for free, so if you are an avid gamer, do not pass over this site.
http://www.happypuppy.com - Happypuppy
I don't really like this site, mostly due to the lack of a large, alphabetalized archive. They only carry about 200 games at a time, and many of them are HUGE. None of them a freeware, and I don't remember them carrying descriptions. But, they do have a large cheats section, so they may be worth visiting.

An absolutely massive space strategy sim. You can design your own ships, add ECM, sensors, weapons, but unfortunately, you do have to send them money. But until you do that, you still get a pretty good deal, with even small games lasting an hour or two. You can also go to Malfador Machinations Homepage at http://www.crl.com/~malfador

A very complete page, with many downloads to be had.
